Questions from real estate agents

Find answers about Kasa pricing, credits, image ownership, disclosure and property videos.

How much does Kasa cost?

Free Start gives 5 credits once at signup. Realtor Solo costs $29 per month (€29 in the Eurozone) with 40 credits; Agency Pro $79 (€79) with 150 credits; Studio $249 (€249) with 700 credits. Extra credit packs of 10, 30, or 100 credits cost $1 (€1) per credit.

What is a credit?

A credit pays for AI work in Kasa. Virtual staging uses 1 credit per image, empty-room cleanup uses 1 credit per image, and day-to-dusk uses 1 credit per image. A white box renovation preview uses 5 credits per image. A credit covers 10 listing description improvements. An economy video uses 2 credits per photo, and a pro video uses 10 credits, 20 credits or 30 credits per transition at 720p, 2K or 4K.

Can I try Kasa for free?

Yes. A new account gets 5 credits free once. Images made without a paid subscription carry a small kasa.casa watermark; a paid plan removes it.

What happens to my credits if a generation fails?

Kasa returns the credits automatically. A generation that completes uses its credits, even if you decide not to use the result.

Can I get a refund for a subscription payment?

Subscription payments are final under the Refund Policy. EU, EEA and UK customers should read the withdrawal section of the Refund Policy.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel in your account settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Do unused credits carry over?

Yes, while your subscription is active, unused credits move to the next month. When a subscription ends, its unused subscription credits are removed. Credits cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.

Can I use the images in my listings and ads?

Yes. Under Kasa's Terms you keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the results generated for you. Disclose virtual staging where your MLS or local law requires it.

Do I need to disclose virtual staging?

Often yes. In California, AB 723 (in force since 1 January 2026) requires a disclosure next to a digitally altered listing photo and access to the original photo, and CRMLS Rule 11.5.2 requires the original photo immediately before or after the staged one. Kasa gives you disclosure text templates, an optional "Virtually Staged" watermark (off by default), a before/after export and public before/after share links. Kasa does not certify compliance. This is not legal advice; check your MLS rules and local law.

Will Kasa change walls, windows or floors?

Kasa is designed to add furniture and decor and to keep walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, built-in fixtures, camera angle and room proportions unchanged. AI can still make mistakes, so compare every result with the original before you publish it.

What is the difference between economy and pro video?

An economy video adds 3D parallax motion to 1–6 photos for 2 credits per photo. A pro video creates AI cinematic transitions between 2–6 photos and costs 10 credits, 20 credits or 30 credits per transition at 720p, 2K or 4K; 4K needs Agency Pro or Studio.
