Failed generation? Eligible credits are returned automatically after the failure is processed. If your balance has not updated, contact support.

How credit returns work

We return credits for eligible technical failures recorded by the generation system. A video with some failed segments may receive a partial return. A new generation or a paid retry uses credits again. Cancelling before processing starts can return credits; cancellation after processing starts does not guarantee a return. Completed results that do not match your preferences do not automatically qualify. Returns appear after the failure is processed, so your balance may take time to update. If credits are missing, contact support with the project or video ID and time. These are account credits, not cash refunds.
